A family session is about an hour. A senior session is two to three hours, because it's built entirely around one person.Our senior sessions include multiple locations. Chosen together, from downtown Boise to the foothills to the places that mean something to them.They also include multiple looks. Outfit changes that make the collection feel like a complete picture of who they are.And last but not least, personal details. A family pet, a car, a sport, an instrument, woven naturally into the session.

Bring your truck, your dog, your guitar, your jersey, whatever says who you are. Wear the outfit you actually love. Nick will tell you exactly what to do with your hands, where to look, and how to stand, so you never have to guess. Most seniors tell us it was way more fun than they expected. And more than a few have told us it was the first time they actually liked a picture of themselves.

Step One: The Conversation
Erin reaches out personally within one business day to set up a relaxed call with you, your senior, and Nick. We'll plan locations, outfits, and the details that make it theirs, and start thinking about where their portraits will live in your home.

Step Two: The Session
Two to three unhurried hours across multiple locations and looks. Nick guides every pose and keeps the energy easy. Parents are encouraged to join us on the session!

Step Three: The Portrait Reveal
We sit down together, at our home studio or in your living room, and present every portrait in a slideshow set to music. Then we walk you through a custom wall design we've prepared for your home. This is the moment you get to watch your child see themselves the way you always have.

Step Four: Production
Your portraits are printed and finished to heirloom standards at a professional lab. Production times from session to installation is between 4-6 weeks. You'll get a specific delivery date and updates along the way.

Step Five: Installation
We bring your portraits to your home and hang them ourselves, in exactly the right spot and at exactly the right height. Long after they've moved out, they'll still be right there on your wall.

You're not just booking photos.

You might be worried they'll roll their eyes the whole time. That they'll feel awkward, refuse to smile, or end up with pictures that look nothing like them. We have teenagers, so we get it!

After 18 years, we can tell you the teenager who shows up reluctant almost always leaves laughing. Nick knows how to talk to them, direct them without making it weird, and light them so they look like the best version of exactly who they are. You get to relax and enjoy watching it happen.

They also won't show up wondering who Nick is or what to expect. Before the session, we have a phone call with you and your senior so we can all get to know each other. When they help plan their own session, they arrive feeling like it's theirs, not something they're being dragged to.
